Across the Real Estate “landscape” of today, the importance of a thorough home inspection by a competent inspector has become evident to all. However, the process of choosing an inspector is not so clear.

Hal is the son of a homebuilder, and a fourth generation builder himself and has over 30 years of hands on building experience. He has worked as an expert framing carpenter, installed foundations, done trim carpentry and is well versed in catastrophic restoration, such as fire and storm damage. This experience, coupled with his specialized Home Inspector training makes Hal uniquely qualified to inspect a home with an exceptional level of understanding. In 2001, he expanded his services to include home inspections, and since then he has performed thousands of inspections for grateful home buyers. Hal is a graduate inspector of the Home Inspection Institute.

As an ASHI Certified Inspector, Hal has passed the National Home Inspector Examination, and is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) (License Number HI-0524)
